In this letter, I express my deep gratitude to ALTEZZA.TRAVEL for organizing and supporting my climbing on August 2, 2019 to Ukhuru peak (tour from July 28, 2019 to August 04, 2019, along the Marangu route). It was an amazing tour to Mount Kilimanjaro with the ALTEZZA.TRAVEL team. I note the highest level of tour organization - from the meeting at the airport to the moment you return to the hotel and receive certificates! Special thanks: - to the Chief guide Victor Mahonge. His organizing skills, the ability to manage and control the whole group, experience, knowledge, medical preparation, hardness and mountain endurance energized us and gave us the feeling of complete security and constant support. I am sure that without Victor Mahonge our tour would not have taken place, or the sensations would not have been so vivid; -to the guides Wisen Ronald and Elipokea E Urio. Their background, guardianship, care and attention, the ability to captivate with stories about Tanzania, history, nature, and mountain of Kilimanjaro, a high level of English knowledge, quick learning of the Russian language helped us to feel comfortable, confident and easy; - to Anna, customer relations manager. Her detailed information, elaboration of documents, solving current issues around the tour and the hotel, intelligence, punctuality, and attention to us - everything at the highest level! Thank you all for the received emotions! This is of great value to me! Of course, I will recommend ALTEZZA.TRAVEL and the team of guides of our group to all my friends and acquaintances! Big thank you to all the crew without any exception. It was a lifetime experience... and without them it wouldn't be possible. A special thank you to Victor and Selemon... our guides that made it possible... also to Joseph that helped me so much together with Victor during the summit stage. All the crew was 100% involved and I highly recommend them to climb Kilimanjaro. Food was good, security and safety was from the beginning the bigger worry, we had medical check ups twice a day and everything was really well organised. I absolutely recommend Altezza, my guides - Victor and Selemon together with all the crew to climd Kilimanjaro. It was a Wonderfull experience. THANK YOU SO MUCH for everything. READ MORE
